New feature in the Owner Portal – book your owner stay on your own!

At Renters, we continuously listen to the voices of our Partners. We know that flexibility and full control over your property are key to successful cooperation. That’s why we are pleased to introduce an improvement many of you have been asking for.

Book your owner stay directly in the Owner Portal

From now on, planning your stay in your apartment is even easier. There is no need to contact us by email anymore – you can handle everything in just a few clicks:

• Log in to your Owner Portal.
• Go to the Calendar tab.
• Use the new “Submit a booking request” button.

Please remember that every request requires verification and confirmation by our team so that we can properly prepare the apartment for your arrival. You can check the status of your request directly in the calendar and via email notification.
