Your submission is forwarded to a short-term rental expert in your region. They will contact you by phone to better understand your expectations and arrange a meeting at the apartment. At this stage, you can already count on initial tips and preliminary market insights.

Rental preparation
Signing the agreement is just the beginning. Within a few days of signing, the Implementation Team arranges the handover of the apartment and prepares the handover protocol.
From that moment, we take over all the activities that make your apartment’s listing attractive and ready to go live. The entire preparation process – from home staging to publishing the listing – usually takes up to two weeks.
Rental continuation
After your listing goes live, you will receive a welcome email with access to the Owner Panel and detailed information about the next steps.
From this moment, your apartment starts generating income. You are continuously supported by the Owner Care Team, responsible for communication and smooth cooperation. Every month we prepare a report and transfer your rental income (by the 10th of the month). You also have the right to owner stays – simply request them in advance.
FAQ
No, you don’t need to run a business to cooperate with Renters. We work with both business owners and individuals renting out their apartments privately.
If you don’t have a business, you settle taxes based on the lump-sum system (e.g. 8.5% or 12.5%), which you pay directly to the tax office yourself. We provide all the necessary data for your settlement in clear monthly reports.
Yes, you can block dates for your own stays – we allocate 60 days per year for owner use, though we approach this flexibly. The cleaning cost after the first such stay each year is covered by Renters; any additional cleanings are charged according to the price list.
Yes, we provide guidance at every stage of preparing an apartment for rental. Our short-term rental experts will advise you on renovations, completing the equipment, and ensuring both aesthetics and functionality of the interior. This way, the apartment meets guests’ expectations more effectively and generates higher revenue.
The amount of income depends on many factors – primarily the location, the apartment’s standard, seasonality, and local competition. That’s why it’s best to consult with our short-term rental specialist. After a quick analysis, they will prepare an individual earnings forecast for your apartment. All you need to do is fill out the form.
During each visit, the Apartment Care Team checks whether radiators are set correctly, windows are closed, and appliances are turned off. We also pay attention to potential leaks or other irregularities that could generate additional costs.
Thanks to these measures, apartment owners can be sure that utility consumption is under control and unnecessary expenses are kept to a minimum.
The onboarding process usually takes up to 2 weeks from the moment the keys are handed over. During this time, we prepare the apartment (home staging), arrange a professional photo shoot, and publish the listing on the major booking platforms. Thanks to this, the property quickly becomes visible to guests, and the first bookings typically appear within just a few days.
